6. Image Storage & Deletion

Uploaded and processed images may be temporarily stored on our servers for processing purposes. We reserve the right to delete stored images without notice. For registered users, images may be retained in user libraries until manually deleted or upon account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
